HIGH PERFORMANCE FILMCOATING MACHINE Stainless steel – Fully conform to GMP requirements energy-saving, safe and clean PLC-controlled and easy-to-use for coating with organic film, water soluble film, sow and release film Cores to be filmcoated make continuous complicated orbital motion within a closed rotating drum under the action of a streamline guide plate, solving problem of broken pieces and chipped edges. Designer and Manufacturer of containers, process installations and washing units for transportation, storage and handling of powders, granules, creams and liquids. Main machine composed of : • 1 closed rotating drum • 1 electrical control box • 1 peristaltic pump • 4 spray guns + support • 1 multi-injector distributor • 1 discharge device All the operations, including setting and control of the temperature and the adjustment of drum speed, are carried out on touch contact panel of the PLC, easy to use and to clean. Peripheral units : • 1 high-performance filtration hot air machine (with air valve and flap) • 1 dust-rem`oval exhaust machine • 1 tank for heating and temperature holding from electrical energy
